Our espresso machines and grinders have a 24-month parts and labour warranty. We offer a return to base repair service. All transport costs are the responsibility of the user. Consult terms and conditions of the guarantee in the manufacture’s manual supplied.

Water Quality
We cannot stress the importance of water to the well being of your machine and to the taste of coffee
Lime in the water should be treated before it reaches the espresso machine. Mains water at times can smell and taste of chlorine, Your COFFEE water filter will automatically correct your water supply ensuring the machine is protected and the espresso in the cup is a quality cup of coffee.
